THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Whenever you shop with Stem (in our store, online, or by phone) we obtain from you the information we need to complete your transaction. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card number. When you shop on our website, we also retain details of your specific product purchases, transactions with us and automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Any details collected from Stem customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services and a high level of customer service. We only use your information to process your transaction and deliver your order, to send you marketing and promotional materials by mail or email, manage and/or maintain your user account on our website and communicate with you and provide customer support.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

Stem may, at its discretion, use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
