Want It Now
Want It Now delivery is available only for orders placed between 10am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday and deliveries within 20km of Balmain in Sydney NSW, Australia.
We always do our best to deliver your items within the stated 4 hours from dispatch, but at busy and peak times this can take longer. The driver will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, you will be contacted via the mobile number provided and with your permission can either leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you), deliver to an alternate address or redeliver at another time.
Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute, using the 'WantItNow' website (www.wanititnow.com.au).
Please note bulky or heavy orders are not eligible for Want It Now delivery.
Express delivery is subject to customers located within the Express Post-delivery network. This area includes Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (excludes Perth metro and Darwin).

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties please contact your local customs office directly.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS IN-STORE OR VIA POST
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Simply notify us of your intention to return the goods via email@example.com and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges).
Please note that the goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We strive to provide the highest standards, but if the items you ordered are incorrect, damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We ask you quote your order number, details of the product you wished to purchase or the damage or fault with the items and specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
