The Cheese Cage was designed to facilitate and enhance the presentation of cheese, fruit or pastries, while helping to conserve them. The two-level design optimizes storage.
The Cheese Cage is composed of:
A durable painted steel structure
Two removable and reversible wooden trays: each one has a flat side and a concave side (e.g., for creamy cheeses)
A preservation cover - against insects and dust - made from non-woven fabric
A cord to carry and hang the Cage Structure made of food-grade epoxy painted steel.
Oiled solid beech wooden trays.
Hand washable with a damp cloth.
Not dish-washer safe.
