Cooking food over glowing coals is one of the real pleasures of summer. The delicious smells enveloping the patio and the glowing embers lighting up the hours of dusk turn barbecuing into something special.
At last, a grill which looks good on the patio and in the garden. Apart from being attractive to look at, the Eva Solo charcoal grill is also extremely functional. The charcoal grill is made of solid stainless steel. This means there is no coating which can be worn away - and so the grill will last longer. The grill is available in two sizes: Ø49cm and Ø59cm
The ingenious, yet simple design of the Eva Solo barrel grill features a number of unique solutions to enhance functionality. First and foremost it is made exclusively in from stainless steel. Unlike other barbecues incorporating enameled, chrome or nickel-plated parts, the stainless steel grill will last longer.
The Ø49cm grill incorporates a portable coal bucket which makes emptying ash a simple task, and the flat protective lid can be used as an extra surface when the grill is not in use.

Directions:
With the Eva Solo barrel grill, you can prepare your food in three different ways:
1. Direct cooking
Spread the charcoal evenly over the coal grid. In this way, the largest possible area will be subject to the high radiant heat.
2. Direct cooking with more heat zones
Gather the charcoal at the centre of the coal grid for lower temperatures around the edge of the grill grid.
3. Indirect cooking
Place the coal bucket in the lowest position. Distribute the coals around the perimeter of the coal grid; you can also place an aluminium tray in the middle of the coal grid to
collect juices and fat from the meat. The aluminium tray reduces the amount of smoke. For indirect cooking you need to use the cooking lid which is available as an accessory for
the barrel grill. With the lid on, the grill functions as a fan oven, making it easier to cook large pieces of meat.
