Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at info@stemonline.com.au.
Standard delivery within Australia
Orders will be received within approximately 5 - 7 working days. Please add $7.95 for shipping and handling within Australia. We offer free delivery for orders over $150. There may be an additional charge for bulky items or remote delivery and we will contact you and quote on an individual basis if this is the case. For your protection, all parcels will be sent registered mail or with a courier, both of which have tracking numbers that will be made available to you on dispatch.
International deliveries
Please contact us directly to purchase from Stem for delivery outside Australia and New Zealand. Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. The fee for shipping internationally will be quoted on an individual basis, thus it is important that we have your correct email and contact phone number. We will contact you with the appropriate delivery details.
Late deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day, therefore not processed that day.
- our tracking system is updated overnight. This means that sometimes there may be small discrepancies in stock levels. If this is the case we will endeavor to get another item to you in a timely manner, or offer a full refund.

Refunds & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@stemonline.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Stem will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is a free option available at checkout. Please tick the box asking "Do you want to add a gift message?" and type your message in the space provided.
